Global Cuvée Chateau Du Pays
(4 week): A most complex wine made from seven different grape stocks from three continents. Deep coloured, good body, appealing fruit and moderate tannins. Toasted oak adds extra depth.

(4 & 6 week): European and Chilean Merlots with medium body, deep colour and a slightly grassy scent which becomes more delicate with age. Gentle fruit flavours. Softer with age.

(4 & 6 week): A classic marriage in the French tradition. Our exclusive blend utilizes sturdy Cabernet Sauvignon from the Americas, softened with the addition of European Merlot. Medium bodied, dark colour, perfect balance and appealing fruit flavours. Soft finish.

Global Cuvée Caves de Vin
(6 week): A French style blend, exclusively featuring full bodied California and Chilean Cabernets with just a touch of European Merlot. Oak completes the structure and compliments the fruit in the bouquet.

Global Cuvée Shiraz
(4 & 6 week): In the Australian style, this wine is big, but not overwhelming. Deep purple hue, hints of berry; peppery and lots of tannin. 12.5% 13% alcohol. Should be cellared for several months to develop its charm.

Global Cuvée Valpolicella
(4 & 6 week): Select Italian varietals highlight our version of the famous wine of Verona. Alluring fruit, soft tannins and a deeper than expected colour. Medium bodied, with higher alcohol, in the tradition of Valpolicella“Superiore.”

Global Cuvée Chianti
(4 week): A blend of traditional Italian varieties married with grapes from the Americas. Lively, fresh and fruity while young. Softer and more refined with age.

Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon
(4 & 6 week): An appealing classic from Chile. Deep colour; full body and a surprisingly soft finish. Berry scent and flavour, balanced by mellowing toasted oak. A friendly favourite.

Chilean Rio Negro
(4 week): Chilean Cabernet serves as the foundation for this exclusive blend. Good colour; medium body and subtle berry character. Just enough tannin to round out the structure.

Italian Riserva Nebbiolo
(6 week): Deemed to be Italy's most noble red grape. Comes from the Alba area in Central Piedmonte and is the grape of the great Barolos and Barbarescos. Ruby colour; maturing to a deep garnet when aged. Delicate bouquet displaying intense fruit and the subtle perfume of violets. Tannic flavour becomes more harmonic and velvety with age.

French Merlot
(6 week): A classic from the Pomerol district in Bordeaux. We have added 18% Cabernet Franc for additional appeal. Ruby red, soft and moderate body. Suggestions of violet and raspberry. Comes with French oak. Benefits from aging.

French Cabernet Sauvignon
(6 week): From the neighborhood of Bergerac, west of Bordeaux. Soft with pleasant tannic notes. Herbaceous fragrance with a suggestion of black currant. French oak is supplied. Age at least 3 months or up to a year.

European Reserve Meritage
(4 and 6 week): A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and a touch of Grenache. The abundant flavours are harmonized with French oak. Well balanced with good tannins. Lots of berry and plum notes and herbaceous aroma. Age up to a year.

European Reserve Pinot Noir
(4 & 6 week): Medium bodied, European Pinot Noir with bright crimson colour and an alluring bouquet Reminiscent of cherry or strawberry jam. A soft wine.

European Reserve Beau Soleil
(4 & 6 week): Our interpretation of a French classic. Deep crimson colour and a suggestion of cherry in the aroma. Nicely rounded, very soft with aging and a lingering finish

Global Cuvée Poussé Blanc (4 & 6 week): An exclusive blend, based upon Chardonnay from the Americas blended with special selections from Europe and California. Fresh and fruity with subtle acid. Suggestions of apple and peat A big wine with easy drinking qualities.
Global Cuvée Chardonnay (4 & 6 week): Our exclusive blending of Washington and Chilean Chardonnays, accented with California Chenin Blanc produces a subtle tropical aroma of pineapple with rich apple and pear flavours. The oak contributes a toasty vanilla charm. Finishes dry with a bit of crispness which mellows with age.
Global Cuvée Caves de Vin (6 week): An exclusive, full bodied wine in the French style. Its intriguing complexity comes from 4 different grape varieties. Chilean Sauvignon Blanc provides the classic herbaceous character. Defying convention, we have added Chardonnay for its rich fruit flavours and roundness. California Chenin Blanc and French Colombard complete the taste profile.
Global Cuvée Fume Blanc (6 week): California style Sauvignon Blanc. Fresh and distinctively aromatic. Herbaceous and grassy scent, balancing nicely with the subtle fruit. When oaked, displays the characteristic smokiness which sets this wine apart. Crisp finish.
Global Cuvée Piesporter (6 week): A Riesling based wine, styled after wines from the slopes near Piesport, Germany. Fruit, citrus and spice on the nose. Peach, apricot and apple flavours. A crisp, clean finish. Finish with our exclusive, all natural “Flavour Reserve.”
Global Cuvée Liebfraumilch (4 week): An easy drinking style that has made Liebfraumilch the favourite German wine in North America. Our version displays delicate citrus and spice character typical of White Riesling. Meant to be consumed well chilled and young. Usually finished with a bit of conditioner to balance the naturally crisp finish.
(4 & 6 week): Chardonnay from 2 continents provides the backbone for this wine. We then marry these Chardonnays with fine California Semillon to produce a full bodied wine in the style made so popular in Australia. Displays tropical pineapple and citrus aromas. Soft and lush on the palate, with buttery richness with apple and pear flavours persisting to a lingering finish. Light gold in colour. The oak gives a rich, rounded mouth feel and contributes a light, toasty vanilla note to the wine.

European Reserve Meritage ( 4 & 6 Week): A typical Bordeaux blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Colombard. Dry, crisp and clean with subdued grassiness and flavours of apple, gooseberry and fig A light touch of French oak creates the harmony. Enjoy young.
Italian Verdicchio (6 week): From the Marche region in central eastern Italy. The favourite Italian “fish wine.” Delicate bouquet, subtle fruit and very harmonious. Pleasant after taste with a hint of bitterness. A quiet wine that is to be enjoyed young.
Italian Pinot Grigio (4 & 6 week:) A star variety from the Alto Adige area of northern most Italy. Medium bodied. Lively, fresh citrus notes. Rich gold colour. Subtle spiciness. Lots of appeal! Usually enjoyed young.
Washington Select Gewürztraminer
(4 & 6 week): Made from only the
finest juices from White Sands Vineyard in Washington. Finished with our
exclusive, all natural “Flavour Reserve.” A powerhouse of lychee, mango,
grapefruit, honey and spice. Lovely, long finish.
Washington Select Johannisberg Riesling (4 & 6 week): Displays a delicate aroma of apricot and citrus. Juicy flavours of peach and melon. Bright, clean acid finish. A bit of conditioner is usually preferred to release the full charm of this wine.
Washington Late Harvest Riesling (6 week): Extra mature Riesling grapes from White Sands Vineyard in Washington provides the foundation for this luscious wine. Our “Flavour Reserve” adds a concentration of tastes and natural sweetness that make late harvest wines so special. Notes of honey, apple and apricot dominate the aroma and taste, right through the rich finish. The wine displays all of the complexity of an ice Wine, but with less sweetness.
California French Columbard (6 week): A distinctive wine featuring complex tropical aromas, surprisingly rich mouthfeel and smooth, lingering finish. Lively and inviting in its youth, aging will reveal subtle herbaceous nuances. Often bottled with a touch of conditioner to accentuate the fruit character of the wine.
Chaton Blanc (4 week): An easy drinking wine with the fruit and character of California’s Chenin Blanc and French Colombard grapes. A friendly, all occasion wine that is usually finished with a touch of conditioner. Enjoyed chilled within 6 months of bottling.
California Blush Zinfandel (4 & 6 week): When California Red Zinfandel grapes are harvested early and processed with minimal skin contact, the result is a very friendly wine with a pink hue known as “Blush.” Our Blush Zinfandel is medium bodied, displays nice fruit and has a suggestion of spice on the nose. An exclusive “Flavour Reserve” adds depth and a pleasant sweetness. Enjoy while very young, or age a few months for a more rounded and mellow wine.
Washington Select White Merlot (6 week): A truly unique wine, exclusive to CellarCraft. All the charm of a fine Merlot but with the freshness and softness that comes when the juice is quickly separated from the skins. Inviting salmon coloured hue. Incredible fruit. Finished with our exclusive “Flavour Reserve.” A blush wine you must try.
